A Personal Best!

sports-watch.jpgIf you are one of those good, good people who gets plenty of exercise and enjoys nothing more than going for a nice long run then this might be a gadget you’ll be putting on your Christmas list. The Garmin Sports Watches will enable you to keep a close eye on time - your personal time that is. Whether you’re in training for the next marathon or you simply want to tone up and get in shape whilst keeping an eye on the progress of your fitness then don’t go running without strapping this to your wrist.

This GPS enabled watches allow you to keep track (not an intentional pun!) of how far and how fast you’re running. You can even use the USB adaptor to transfer the data to your computer so that you can analyse your performance. So, you can be your own personal trainer, pushing yourself to beat your personal best!

The Forerunner 50 is a more affordable version which comes with a heart-rate monitor instead of GPS. So, it may not plot your route like the pricier watches in the range but you will be able to make sure your heart is healthy and can still produce PC training reports. You can even add an optional pedometer (for a little more cash) and make sure you’re always a step ahead!
